Below is the information provided by Effetti S.r.l. (Data Controller) pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 679/2016 in relation to the processing of your personal data. For any information you can send your communications to privacy@effetti.it.
The personal data provided (such as name, surname, address, e-mail, identification number of the registration to professional associations, place of professional practice) will be processed by Effetti S.r.l. (Data Controller) in compliance with applicable laws and the obligations of confidentiality which have always characterized the company's activity.
The data processing will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency ensuring the protection of confidentiality and your rights, with the aid of appropriate manual, electronic or computer tools.
Your data will be processed by the staff of Effetti S.r.l. appointed for this activity; in the event that your data is processed by external data processors, they will in turn identify their persons in charge for the processing and will provide them with appropriate operational instructions to perform this task.

Purpose of data collection
The data collected are used exclusively to allow correct information on the suggested events and all related activities for a better participation, including post-event reception of the material and participation in satisfaction surveys. The activity includes the sending of newsletters and scientific / professional updates as well as magazines, publications or technical or sector magazines, also delivered through postal services.
Filling out forms or sending e-mails using addresses on the site is an expression of consent to the processing of data as defined in this information notice. Please note that subsequent membership and participation in events may lead to further information notices and consent on the use of personal data.
These activities will be carried out by the data controller until the consent is revoked by the data subject.

Rights pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the European Regulation 679/2016
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the aforesaid Regulation, you may exercise at any time the right of access to data, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability and objection to the processing and the right to be informed about processing activities carried out through automated decision-making processes concerning individuals, including profiling.
If you decide not to receive further communications from Effetti S.r.l. you can use the "unsubscribe" function in the e-mail messages or you can send an e-mail to privacy@effetti.it asking for the removal of your name.
By virtue of art. 3.2 of the Farmindustria Code of Ethics, the data provided, such as the name, the date of birth, any specialization obtained and the fulfillment of the current general and regional legislation on the obligation to communicate to the respective healthcare structures to which the sponsored participation belongs at congress events, they can be communicated to the Farmindustria Control Committee. This exclusively for ethical control purposes and with regard to the specific conference, congress, refresher course or visit to the company laboratory. This provision is only applicable to visits to company plants, non-ECM congress events, refresher courses and ECM congress events limited to the possibility of direct recruitment of doctors by pharmaceutical companies.
